I founded Writers Innovative Network in pursuit of co-developing stories as a script editor and director that I believe hold great potential for the screen.

Director, Writer, Script Editor

I began my journey as an actor training under the Sanford Meisner Method. While attending the Conservatory at Steppenwolf Theatre, Chicago, I found I preferred directing. I have since directed in London, New York City (off-Broadway), Chicago, Munich, Vienna and Bangalore, India for the stage. Selected stage work is offered on this website.

I have since transferred my skillset to Storytelling for the Screen.

The Women's Leadership Program, Oxford University, Said School of Business (2020) encouraged me to transfer my stage directing skills to the screen. I love managing and collaborating with creative teams who are committed to honest and boundless storytelling. Film is my home.

I am greatly inspired by the work of Dogme 95, Joanna Hogg , Alfonso Cuaron, David Lean, Martin Scorsese, Sofia Coppola, David Lowery, Olivier Assayas, Andrea Arnold and most recently, Rose Glass and Justine Triet.

BRUME, written by Silvia Peto, was my first film and has won a nice clutch of awards due to deep-seated team work. Scandinavian Studios, Copenhagen, was the first entity to support me a film director and visionary.

I recently completed Core Elements Screenwriters Course through Sundance Collab, as I continue to edit and offer script consultation to both professional and rising writers.

UP NEXT: BELINDA (2024), written by Fergal O’Byrne, a short film currently awaiting its World Premiere.

Cinematography: Tobias Horvath, https://tobiashorvath.dk/

Shot on location in Denmark. Produced by Scandinavian Studios-Anders Woldike, Annemette Andersen, William Pennell and WIN.
